My Health Coaching process starts with a complimentary Health Discovery where we identify your current self-care practices and life challenges. This includes a discussion about food and nutrition, as well as lifestyle choices, to determine what is currently working for you and what needs adjusting.

Bio-individuality: What brings you joy, what foods you love, what makes you who you are.
Crowding Out: Identifying healthy foods that you love and eating more of them. This act of “crowding out” puts the focus on what you can have rather than what you can’t.
Deconstructing Cravings: Cravings are information. When we look at them with kindness we can discover what is lacking and find a way to get you what you need.
De-evolution: We all have an inner voice that sabotages our efforts at happier and healthier living. Becoming aware of this voice and learning to redirect it can change thought patterns into ones that better support our goals.
Primary Foods: How you are feeling about your career, your relationships, your daily choices. It can be difficult to make positive change if daily life is unsatisfying or overly stressful.
